Specialties Istanbul's is Little Rock's only Turkish restaurant since 2009. While similar to other Mediterranean-style establishes, our Turkish recipes are set apart by unique spices that have been perfected over thousands of years. Our dishes use the finest imported Turkish spices and herbs to create authentic Turkish cuisine. We also serve traditional appetizers like Hummus and Dolma and traditional desserts like Baklava and Noah's Pudding.

We especially enjoy the hearty lentil soup and the exquisite roasted red bell pepper hummus. I had some very tasty steamed mixed vegetables the last visit as well. I would suggest that they make whole wheat pita bread available as well as the usual white flour pockets for those who would like to keep their fiber high. All in all, a great place to get tasty, healthful, and well-prepared Mediterranean-style food! Shokran! ("Thank you" transliterated from the Arabic) ☺
The best variety of Mediterranean foods available at Istanbul. Doner Sandwich and Babaganoush are our favorites. Friendly staff, fast service, great prices! We love this place!!
