We worked directly with the owner. He was incredibly patient. Showed us as many as 25 beautiful different 9x12 rugs. Fortunately we found the perfect rug for our home. After shopping for this rug for a long time we felt the pricing was very reasonable. It was a pleasure dealing with Artemis rugs.
