I lost my air conditioner blower fan on Thursday. (hurricane day). Istachatta Heat and Air came out, diagnosed and ordered part. Yesterday I had my air conditioning back. I am so grateful for such prompt service.
Lost cooling in my upper floor a/c unit. I figure I go with a local mom and pop business, and I am glad that I did. Within 1 hour after calling for the appointment. Mr. Charles was at my house diagnosing the problem. Within 30 minutes, I had A/C again and fully functioning. Charles did a great job diagnosing and fixing the problem. Charles even gave some extra advice on how to keep the drain lines unclogged. Based on today's results, I will be using Istachatta Heat & Cooling for future maintenance and repair needs. Great group of people and amazing owners.
How sad that what was once such a top notch company has gone down hill all because of someone who admitted they (in the office, I assume) call him, “Mr. Grouchy.” While the lady in the office was nice and assured me it would be no trouble for “Charles” to come out on Sunday, and no extra charge, because he was going to be in Tampa the following week…” that was NOT who I greeted in my attic.
