I have been without electricity and hot water going on 3 days. The issue has not even been reported to the main power company yet. It's July 22nd and I was given a repair date of August 1st. I keep trying to explain to the reps that this is an emergency but I am getting no where. This has been a complete nightmare. I just want my meter replaced and my power back on. It's unethical.
I am moving after spending 15 months in an apartment which requires me to use Yes Energy for my water and garbage service. The bins where I have to take my recycling and trash are located in the same general area as the parking lot. Since I have lived here, the trash/recycling area has not been clean and orderly more than 2 days in a row. I do not know how many residents Yes Energy serves at this site, but there have never been enough bins for recycling.
