Excellent service! Issy Tax Service went above and beyond for our taxes. This is the second year we used this tax preparer, and will be back every year! Thank you so much for making this process so easy.
Very disappointed. I have done my taxes with her for many years now and this year she firts said i was getting over $800 back then called me and said i would only get $70 back, fine no big deal. My mom also did her taxes here and after being told that she would get $256 back she just received a bill for $2000 from the IRS. I called and texted her to see what was going on and absolutely no response. We will be taking our business elsewhere.
Service was fast and efficient. They made sure I was able to receive all funds due to myself and my family for a reasonable fee. Definitely recommend this service!
