Called in search of some gauges for a T800 Kenworth. When I called the number on their website an actual person answered the phone and transferred me. And then the girl I spoke to in aftermarket sales was phenomenal, answered all of my questions and had me helped out and an order placed in 16 minutes. I love dealing with places that have good customer service. Highly recommend these folks!
Great Customer service, Purchased a new fuel cell for my race car that had an ISSPRO fule level sending unit in it. The unit went bad during the second track outing. Contacted the Fuel Cell manufacturer and was told beacuse I purchased 3 years ago (I had to have it to mock up the supporting structure on a new car build) there was nothing they could do. I contacted ISSPRO in regards to the Issue and they were able to supply me new unit free of charge. No hassel, no fuss, just good customer service.
