Very unprofessional business. They were very evasive and not responsive when I was their tenant. 2 years after left their building, they refused to provide me with a written document stating that I was their tenant when I was applying at a new unit. After some back and forth uninformative emails they excused themselves saying that "all payment records were in storage and will not get them for me at all". Rude and evasive staff.
Paperwork is legally ambiguous and incorrect, false advertising, aggressive personnel.
