Really nice apartment. Super friendly neighbors. It has a pool also thick walls can't here the the neighbors. Pet friendly all the animals are friendly too . 10 out of 10 Karen was so nice and helpful we are extremely happy where we are .
When we moved in 4 years ago things were great and we loved it. About 18 months ago another management company took over dnd they are horrible. The manager is okay but she’s hardly ever in the office. Brian is stil there and an awesome maintenance man but his hands are tied and things no longer get done the way they should. I would not recommend living here and a lot of people have moved out.

Since new management took over the place is very overpriced for mediocre quality. If you want a home held together by caulk, high rent, ac units from the 70s, Air vents rusted shut, old stoves where they require you to basically buy new catch pans instead of the owners replacing their old equipment dirty outdated equipment, blinds falling apart or never working properly to begin with, nails in the wall painted over, not being able to clean the tub without paint peeling, and management that has a 90 day inspection list tellin... read more
