THIS PLACE WILL SCAM YOU!!! I am a patient of the practice, and they attempted to force me to pay $98 because of a “previous appointment” where I had a scheduled cleaning. Insurance had covered all costs, but they refused to recognize that fact and tried to gaslight me into thinking that I owed money from today instead of a previous appointment like they first said above. This place reaps what they don’t sow, and they live off of scamming patients. I don NOT recommend this place. Go somewhere else.
I have been trying to get my kids in for over a year they say that they are not taking new patients with Medicaid so if your child has a dental emergency or anything you a just of luck on that one. Just make sure you don't have Medicaid if you want your kids to be seen
I have conflicting experiences. My oldest child had a wonderful experience with extractions. Dr. Horton and her staff was extremely friendly, caring and prompt. 2 years has past since then. Now my youngest child has been on a waiting list since June 2025 for a tooth extraction. Every time we have called or stopped by we have been informed that "we are on a list". Having a swift and pleasant experience prior with my oldest child, I'm under the impression we are simply being lied to.
As a mother of three children ranging from 12 to 2 years old and one being special needs, I cannot recommend this place enough. I cannot sing their praises enough- from the friendly office staff, the wonderful dental hygienists, and the knowledgeable dentists who all go above and beyond to ensure a pleasant dentist trip for all of my children. I am so thankful for Issaqueena Pediatric Dentistry.
