I dropped in today to get the correct bobbin - I had the wrong one. Mo quickly got the right bobbins, and even re-wound one for me so I would save the thread!! In and out so quickly...right back to sewing. Thanks Mo for your excellent service and knowledge.
I was introduced to these wonderful people at the SewExpo in Puyallup. Their care for their customers is beyond measure. I live in the Portland Oregon area and will travel there for classes. They are just the best - Thank you for all you've done to help me. God bless.

This is the best store and everyone one of the staff are a kick in the pants fun, knowledgeable and so helpful. Their passion for sewing et all, is very apparent. Just attended my first ESQ event and it was so much fun. Eddie upgraded my Crown Jewel Prostitcher and was so delightful, checked my set up and I was ready to go. Love this store.
Who knew buying a vacuum could be so much fun?! The customer service is so fantastic you just want to stay and hang out. I'm so excited about my new Riccar vacuum!
