Issaquah Pit Stop I have stopped before at Issaquah Pit Stop. They are very friendly and there prices are good. I will continue to go to the Pit Stop and would recommend them to everyone.
Very knowledgeable – I found the Issy Pit Stop to be very good mechanics. I had a complete rebuild of an FJ40 that they did an excellent job on. I actually won a best overall truck competoition with my truck. I'm not sure why the lady posted she would be worried how they wiped their butts! That's a weird thing to worry about if you ask me.
Earned my Trust and Respect – After almost three years of great service from the Issaquah Pit Stop, I'd like to let others know that they are well worth the drive down hobart. This staff, including it's owner John, are great. They are honest people, hard working, realistic, and will even make you laugh if you have a good sense of humor. very rude... – I am trying to help my friend find a job and so earlier I called The Pit Stop in Issaquah and asked what the minnimum age is to apply and the person whom I was speaking with VERY rudly replied well im not hiring anyone so it doesnt matter and hung up. although I do not know of their skills as mechanics I still value customer service and do not see any need to treat someone asking a simple question so poorly. Needless to say I will definatly not be doing any sort of business with them in the future...
Great mechanics, great people (and dogs :-) – After ten years of driving my car, I started hearing some very bad sounds coming from the engine. I looked for any shops in my area and found The Pit Stop, whom I called and was asked to bring it in for a diagnosis, after asking about mileage. John (the owner) took a few minutes to listen to the engine and gave me the bad news, after 110K and a cooling system failure, resulting in head gasket replacement, the engine was on its last legs. Reviewer Comments – Reviews are only as good as the honesty of the reviewer. In the case of the windshield wiper complaint for example, this customer was informed of a problem with her wiper arm at the time of the blade installation. She came into the shop knowing there was a problem with her wiper system but requested only new blades. Worst service in town! – Stopped in to the Issaquah Pit stop to see if they could change my wiper blades for me. Not only did they charge an excessive price to change the wiper blades out, they managed to bend the wiper arm that the blade attaches to to the point where the wiper blade would no longer touch the windshield. When confronted them about them about it they of course denied any responsibility and became quite rude. Pit Stop Automotive Service – What a great experience I had with them today, I worked all night, went to start my car and found I had a problem. I managed to get the car home at 6 am. I then called there number and asked them to call me back as soon as they got in, They did. I then drove the car there and they happily gave me a ride home while they worked on my car. thank god for an honest mechanic!!! – I've been divorced for over a year now and had depended on my husband to take care of certain things like household repairs and car maintenance.
