Not deserve the high rating here. We signed up their service and automatically paid them every quarter for the quarterly check-up. But they didn’t show up for two quarters until we called them as we found mice dropping in our house. We are working parents and don’t have time or energy to manage them and hold them accountable to fulfill their commitments stated on the contract. Avoid this company if you don’t want to pay your many for nothing!

If you're reading reviews to find the best option, this is the one! Issaquah Pest was the 6th company I called, but it was worth the research. There's no upselling, no pressure to establish an ongoing contract, and they were so easy to work with. Isaiah agreed to add us on to the end of his already full day so that we got same day service, and then was great about explaining everything when he arrived. Everything was efficient and easy.
