I had a very disappointing experience at Issaquah Nails. As a man asking for a basic manicure, I was met with uncomfortable and disrespectful behavior. The staff’s attitude made me feel unwelcome, and they were overly pushy about tips—insisting on cash in a way that felt awkward and inappropriate. To make matters worse, the manicure itself was poorly done, and when I asked if they could fix it, they laughed rather than taking my concern seriously. My second time going for a gel mani+pedi, each time had someone different and it was all of it wonderful. I was able to get a same day appointment (I mistakenly got there earlier than anticipated, and they still got me in quick), they listened/made sure I was happy with my nail request; and the massage for the mani/pedi was perfect!

Kim is a new nail tech and she’s very good with designs and she’s so very gentle. I definitely recommend her come see her at the Sammamish Highlands/ Commons 🥰
