I have found my new dentist!!! I moved to the area a while ago, and finding a dentist was honestly on the back burner until I cracked my front tooth composite (1/3 of the tooth) and it it fell out- making me look like a scraggerly homeless person. Suddenly it became a priority. The reviews on this office were strong, so I made a phone call and I do not regret it. They were able to fit me in next day at 7:00am. I always have a fantastic experience at Issaquah Dental Health. The staff are not only passionate, but they also provide a positive and friendly atmosphere every time I come in for an appointment. Their genuine care for patients shines through in every interaction, making the dental experience much more pleasant. Just look at the other 1star reviews on this business and the owner responses. Mark and his team doesn’t take responsibility for their actions and denies factual claims. I went in for a root canal and after getting it completed, I continued to feel pain in same area. I decided to see another dental facility and the dentist commented on the quality of the root canal and had to get it redone. The quality of service and professionalism is simply not up to par. What’s worse, they don’t seem to own up to it!!
