Complete morons, scheduled an appointment, confirmed it, and 30 min prior to it, someone with NO English skills called to say there are no available techs and canceled it. DO NOT repeat my mistake if you want to really rely on someone and get your thing fixed. Completely unreliable, unprofessional etc etc.
