I would give it a zero but it didn’t allow it. Absolutely the worst and most unprofessional staff I have ever dealt with in my entire life. First off I started seeing Dr. Daya and he took my information wrong. I had a partial hysterectomy and he put in my file that I had a total hysterectomy. Long story short since it was a partial hysterectomy I did not know my cervix was taken. Dr. Daya was not my surgeon at that time so not his fault understandable. Great doctor. Very professional and personable. His staff is second to none. Katrina is amazing. She always returns a call and is joy to speak with.
I’ve seen Dr. Daya for 32 years. His professionalism and friendly, calming demeanor have never changed. His office staff is friendly and accommodating. They were able to fit me in for a quick, unplanned appointment, which was very much appreciated.
