Not a reliable rental agency. ISSA Properties does not take care of it's tenants. I went two months without functional heating, despite many calls/emails/voicemails. It's ridiculous that they can be so careless. On a separate occasion, a tenant above me left her toilet running and the flowing water broke through two floors and came running into my bedroom. Thankfully Issa sent somebody to stop the running water, but my request for a carpet cleaning and a quick wash of the ceiling took about a month to fill.
Overall Good Landlord Issa Properties owns and operates a number of apartment buildings in the Ann Arbor area, primarily close to the University of Michigan's central campus. While the actual apartments are nothing to write home about, they offer great locations for students at U of M, being within walking distance of all of central campus, and are very roomy compared to other campus apartments.
