I had a very positive experience at this medical centre. The staff were friendly, caring and professional, and I felt welcomed and listened to throughout my visit. The doctor took the time to understand my concerns, explained everything clearly, and made me feel comfortable and well looked after. The centre was clean, organised and the service was efficient. I really appreciate the care and attention I received and would definitely recommend this medical centre to family and friends.
I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Dr. Ala’a and the reception manager, Alina, have been absolutely amazing. Dr. Ala’a is kind, knowledgeable, thorough, and always takes the time to address any health concerns with care and professionalism. I’ve been coming here for the last 5 years and have consistently received exceptional service. The clinic is always clean, welcoming, and well looked after. Without a doubt, one of the best medical practices in Sydney.
