The course was easy to follow. The staff were helpful and I felt that the responses back were quick. I feel that I really learned a lot and I have been in the field in one way or another for 11 years.
ISSA is an amazing and in depth PT Program with an incredibly supportive and quick responding staff. ISSA was a perfect choice for me as I am a busy mom and the ISSA program allows me to study at my own pace as well as offering an extension if need be and one free retake on the final exam.
ISSA taught me a lot about myself. I invested many hours to learn new material I did not even cover in my 4 years in college. It supported me at a time when I did not think I could pass the exam. An awesome, very professional organization that makes you dig deep into yourself to bring out the best. After coaching and teaching for 25 years I am starting a new profession at age 66. Thank you!
Any product, certification, or schooling you receive from ISSA is going to be the best available. They've been around the longest, they're the only certifying organization that is accredited by the DEAC, and their customer service is a shining example of what customer service should be.
