I signed up to complete there PTC on 5/14/21. Since signing up, I have been completely dissatisfied with the program. I have completed NO ASSIGNMENTS and completed NO TESTS and have been battling this company for months to not get a refund- but to cancel my membership. They continue to leave my account on autocharge and ignore the issue.
