I signed up to complete there PTC on 5/14/21. Since signing up, I have been completely dissatisfied with the program. I have completed NO ASSIGNMENTS and completed NO TESTS and have been battling this company for months to not get a refund- but to cancel my membership. They continue to leave my account on autocharge and ignore the issue. They employ someone who speaks like this on innocent children, and then back her behavior up by saying it’s “freedom of speech.” I didn’t know going out of your way, finding someone’s profile page, and wishing death upon their child, was “freedom of speech.” Sounds a little more like harassment to me...

The support is excellent, I just completed the Exercise Therapy Certificate and the final was tough. I had already completed the Personal Trainer Certificate, so one more course (Nutrition) to become an Elite Trainer. I have had nothing but excellent experience when talking or emailing support.
Yessss! I recommend! It was the best course I ever did in my life! The customer service is also very good! I'm already preparing to take the nutrition course.
Amazing company committed to the excellence of Fitness and Health Professionals. The customer service is outstanding and re-certification process straight-forward. I highly recommend ISSA to anyone looking to get Certified in the Fitness industry.
