ISS Mechanical has been servicing our company's MRI chillers for decades now. Their techs are extremely knowledgable and we wouldn't trust anyone else on our equipment!
They are doing work at a hospital in Davenport. At 1605 the driver of the van was so impatient he ran a red light. Completely unnecessary and aggressive, and unsafe about to cause extra volume to the hospital that they are working in. I caught it on my dash cam. I tried calling so I could tell their project manager, but nobody answered any of the phones in Orlando or Tampa.
ISS has trained staff, friendly customer service and timely completion of repairs and new installations with competent technicians. Great company to work with for various A/C requirements. Highly recommended!!
I am pleased with all the technicians that are doing maintenance/ repairs at my property. They work very efficient and always trying to find the right cause of the problem to handle it completely. I get fast respond on the approve jobs and quotes are generated also within few days
