Great experience - love, Love, LOVE the car!! Brandon was very helpful and was dedicated in getting me the car I wanted. Everyone I met was super nice and helpful.
My tire pressure sensor was on so I took the car in to have it checked out. I always talk to Andrew because he listens to my issues and knows what to do. Turn out I had a screw in my tire. It was fixed in 20minutes and Andrew took the car through the car wash. I’m grateful! It’s a relief to deal with people that care and know what they are doing!
When I worked in Springfield, I used to use Isringhausen to service both of my Volvos. Now that I am retired and spend most of my time in Champaign, I've been using Sullivan-Parkhill, but they have closed their doors😒. So now will have to go back to Springfield for my Volvo service needs. I am not sorry about that at all! I know that I will be treated fairly and that my needs will be met.
