Gentlemen was very nice at the service desk. I finally received the video a day after the service was complete. Unfortunately, the services that were recommended ar the time the video was made were not completed because no one bothered to call me to ask me if I wanted the services completed. I drove an hour and a half one way to have the vehicle serviced. It would’ve been nice to at least have the option to have the cabin and air filter swapped out while the vehicle was receiving what I thought was a 70,000 mile service not ... read more
