Although I’ve never purchased a vehicle from them, nor had a highline vehicle serviced there- I phoned to inquire about another service question, to which their customer service was exemplary! It’s very reassuring to know there are businesses out there who still offer this!
This is by far the best dealership I've ever interacted with. December of 2019 I noticed Isringhausen had one of my childhood dream cars a Porsche Carrera GT for sale and since I live in Saint Louis I called and spoke to Mike the manager on the phone and he was so kind and gracious and said I could come up and check out the car up close and personal. Service staff were clear on what my van needed for its ailments and kept me informed about how long it would take to complete. It was actually finished two days ahead of schedule. Thank you.
Me and my Family were traveling out of state and our sprinter went into limp mode. We drop the vehicle off at the dealership and they were very busy for 3 days and yes I was very stressed because we where Stranded in Springfield, Illinois with out our sprinter. What I can say is Andrew was Very transparent and updated me daily on the status when my vehicle could be looked at because the dealership was shorthanded with one Mechanic.
