The knowledge and experience that my instructor, Michael, (as well as David) teaches and shares with all of us is beyond compare. They empower women and help us become more confident, secure and feel safe. Michael takes the time to show us the proper technique and makes sure we have a voice by answering all our questions. For someone who is dealing with DV and is new to this, there is so much I look forward to learning. Great class !!! Awesome instructor!!!
