The knowledge and experience that my instructor, Michael, (as well as David) teaches and shares with all of us is beyond compare. They empower women and help us become more confident, secure and feel safe. Michael takes the time to show us the proper technique and makes sure we have a voice by answering all our questions. Absolutely excellent class! So important to learn how to defend yourself against attack especially for all us women young and old. And our instructor Mike was awesome!
