The doctor was kind and will recommend to others . The receptionist made sure that i was seen quickly and spoke both English and Spanish which was very useful .
I had to give one star because I could not give zero. I was disappointed in my recent interaction with this doctor. I was hoping for guidance or a respectful response, instead the tone I was spoken in was condescending. The Doctor at first seemed professional in the first appointment, but in the second and third I realized how disorganized the Dr is; not only does the Dr. have poor eye contact when speaking to you, gives you generic answers, does not speak clearly and speaks low, I felt my concerns were not taken seriously. ... read more
