Please beware, Dr. Israel Kochin will text you after your child's office visit asking how your child is doing. You text him back, then he will charge your insurance as a "televisit", you'll have to pay the difference that your insurance didn't cover. So Dr. Israel Kochin charged our insurance for six "televisits" which were actually text messages that he started and never warned us that these text will be billed to our insurance as a televisit. And when we wre leaving the office the receptionist said "you have to pay co-pay"... read more
