Empty promises. Never stood behind home warranty. Even after submitting everything to him.
Ended up scrapping the whole project after months of wasted time. Could not get timely responses. Could not get truthful information. -Yes I do have the correct company. Contract was under my partners name. Was jerked around from March 2021-Jan 2022. I was in meetings with you that you were 45 minutes late to.
ISR Homes has been great to responding to all my questions regarding building a home. Dan has been very helpful in laying out options and ideas I didn't think about. So thanks.
Was building a home with Dan from ISR. He wouldn't answer calls from us or the realtor. Kept on giving us excuses as to why he couldn't close on our date. We finally backed out due to his issues. This is not spam. I would not recommend building with Dan. Highly unprofessional.
