My phone was running sluggish so I stopped in this place to have them look into it. The you lady demonstrated how to clear the browsing cache, app caches, unnecessary apps that take up memory, and clearing out duplicated videos and pictures. Let's just say after cleaning out over a 100 gigabytes of storage and making room in the upper memory, the phone was back to normal. I did not realize how much clutter I had on my phone. Knowledgeable staff but have had to go back several times because dust keeps getting in between the screen. Honestly wish I just would have gone to Apple
Melissa is a wonderful technician who really knows her stuff! I brought my phone in because it was malfunctioning in a way that I could not reliably reproduce. Based on a description of the issue she correctly diagnosed it and ordered ORIGINAL parts for me next day to get me back in working order. She's very detail oriented in her methods of repair, and went above and beyond to make sure that the repair would endure regular use.
