Melissa is a wonderful technician who really knows her stuff! I brought my phone in because it was malfunctioning in a way that I could not reliably reproduce. Based on a description of the issue she correctly diagnosed it and ordered ORIGINAL parts for me next day to get me back in working order. She's very detail oriented in her methods of repair, and went above and beyond to make sure that the repair would endure regular use. A great, friendly girl. The only one out of six stores I visited who agreed to fix my phone. She did it quickly, efficiently, and at a low cost.
