I received a referral for an injection. Stellate Ganglion. on my third call to the referral line, i was told I could not have the injection because I didn’t have imaging. I was not advised what imaging they required and I was hung up on. Rayna Bailey RN, PHN
While I have worked with the clinic and prior authorization staffs with positive experience, the billing department was a different case. I called to express my frustrations with my bills, I encountered a very defensive staff (2) that refused to transfer my call to a another staff or supervisor. I directly asked for a support on two occasions and was told by the two billing staff that they would not transfer me. What a waste of money.. Dr ward order mri. Nobody got back to me after 2 weeks call .put on hold twice.. Never even review my report untilled I called. Noway in hell I'll pay for there Dr visit..Filed a complaint with the ama. Hope they get sued.

I was 12 minutes late to my appointment and Dr.Boeding refused to see me. Yes, it was my fault as I thought the appointment was at 9:45am, not 9:30. My bad. I insisted on speaking with Dr.Boeding as I would think he would want to know of this disparity. Instead, I was replied to by his executive nurse that based on my behavior that their clinic will never accept me as a patient. Dr Sutton was great for 5 years. I referred many people that were in pain to him. One day he decided he couldn’t help me anymore and he sent me to see Dr. Boeding. This sick creature gave me an injection that paralyzed me for over 24 hours. He took me off the only medication that helped me. Put me on a seizure med that does nothing for pain, but it made me wake up one day with severe vision loss. RecommendedI had ran the gamete of PCP and refreals a few times. When I walked into Ispine I expected to be treated like I had been by other doctors, but I wasnt. I started here after an Alina Dr. Told me I had 2 months to find a new doctor to fill my pain med script. A script I had been on for 9 years due to a horrible car accident. My first appointment at iSpine I was terrified. My fears were quickly put to rest. The doctor explained everything to me and we came up with a treatment plan together.
