My neurosurgeon sent them a referral for spine injections on 2/18. Today is 2/27 and I still have no appointment or communication from them. I have called 4 times. The prior approval team never answers the phone or returns a message. I went to scheduling 3 times for help. They see my referral had been there quite some time.
