Let me start by saying I was an extremely loyal customer for over 5 years so it’s taken me a while to write this. Even with an appointment they were consistently late. They put my feet in the water for pedicure and it always got cold before they finally started. The owner, Vivian started out so nice and considerate but over the past year became extremely rude and disrespectful.
