Amazing team! They were able to get a brand new medical clinic up and running in less than a month. Very responsive and easy to work with. Excellent communication throughout the team. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for managed IT services.
We were a client of ISO outsource for over 10 years, and honestly, I wish we had switched sooner. Over time, the service went downhill badly. Every issue felt like it had to be explained to multiple people because no one got the full picture. IS Outsource provided excellent and timely technical support. This is the company to go to for your network system and all technical issues. The service is always timely and spot on. They built, maintained and protected the system for our firm with 30+ employees.
They are very professional, punctual and honest. We have had multiple projects with them in the past (including new server installations multiple times) and it's been flawless each and every time. They don't try and $$ gouge, they are upfront and honest. Love my IT guys that I work with one on one. Would highly recommend ISO for anyone looking for a new IT source.
They are wonderful with getting resolution no matter the situation. Scheduling appointments is easy and there is a lot of availability.
