Shameful customer service. Paid exorbitant “fitting fee” for contact lenses. Optometrist failed to accurately verify prescription with largest lens provider in the nation. When I showed staff my order and the mistake, they refused to take any responsibility and refused to even allow me to pay for a single sample lens. So many better options in Phoenix. Avoid Isonelie Rodriguez-Torres at all costs.
