Some business advice: most clients will be content, so long as there is communication. Regardless of what happens, communication is what people remember most. Unfortunately, i-Solved chooses to ignore their clients. Six open tickets, all with no response, regardless of how many times I follow up. I could look past the unintuitive and anti-user interface if the company actually ASSISTED their clients. It's awful from the employee AND admin side. If you're considering using i-Solved... reconsider.

Awful customer service. Provide inaccurate information on distribution checks. Takes weeks for them to process and mail, then provide incorrect information. Website format seems like it's from 20+ years ago. Wouldn't be surprised if their accounting is off and members have not received what actually earned. This applies to their 401k "services".

If your in the business of data you need to make it easy to collect. I've spent 3 hours scouring instructions and filling out the same info (for 3 hours) ( I must add I could have done it in 10 min on paper). I'm pissed. You need to take into account not everyone Is gen z. If you can't do what you say?... When they finally answered the phone call they hang up on you. We made some little experiments all 3 of us have called at the same times and they hang up on all 3 of us. Ext 74155

What a joke. A business has to do an exceptionally bad job for me to go out of my way to leave a lousy review. Well, here we are. iSolved apparently bought out my local payroll company here in Massachusetts. I was a happy customer and liked my previous payroll company's online payroll entry portal just fine. While the iSolved software is "ok", the human support is poor and impossible to reach by phone. As a bonus, I'm now spending more and more time fending off B.S.
