What a joke. A business has to do an exceptionally bad job for me to go out of my way to leave a lousy review. Well, here we are. iSolved apparently bought out my local payroll company here in Massachusetts. I was a happy customer and liked my previous payroll company's online payroll entry portal just fine. While the iSolved software is "ok", the human support is poor and impossible to reach by phone. As a bonus, I'm now spending more and more time fending off B.S. Their IT programs are hit or miss. As a business owner, I spend more time listening to my employees complain about our payroll program than answering my to my own customers Their customer service does not follow up. Do NOT sign a 2 year contract because when you’re not happy after 1 year, they will make you pay for the second, even when you have complained all year. This is a nightmare.

This company don't pay me for detention and layover in to different load. I waiting for one month , No answer the phone and the emails This a dishonest company, stay away
