RecommendedI recommend the float and massage. It is very therapeutic mixed with the aromatherapy. It's great for fibromyalgia, PTSD, and anxiety. It really helps the muscles relax.
Not relaxing just to hear yourself breath, there needs to be music streamed in. Also, when I started, water was luke warm so halfway through, water was cold so I just got out and left. Employee never asked why I was leaving early. Won't go back!!
