Isobarre features a very compassionate, knowlegable instructor who cares deeply about the needs of her clients. It is a place where classes are smaller so you can get a lot more individual attention from the instructor. The classes range from beginner to advanced & include non-traditional movements & techniques that target muscles you probably didn't even know you had! There is an added emphasis on stretching & mobility which I find very beneficial as I age. I love the variety this instructor provides!!
