Went for a cleaning. I have always had good oral health (I have never even had a cavity). The dentist said that I had "a bunch" of cavities and advanced periodontal disease. When pushed he said around 15, but was hesitant to give me an exact number. Wanted to get me in for dental work immediately that would have cost over $5,000. Update (2/13/18). After requesting a statement multiple times, I got one from the collection agency in just 2 days time. I say again--DON'T GO HERE. If I could give a lower score, I would. I went here and was impressed. I was planning to get an implant and deposited money onto my account to build the balance to pay for the implant. I had several medical situations arise and was unable to get the implant. I had to cancel my cleaning (so six months later) and then they changed my appt and the next thing I know I got a phone ca... read more
I will never use this place again! I have been overcharged more than once. There office hours are a joke, no appointments on Mondays, very limited hours on Thursdays. If by chance you need to walk in normal hours, there's a good chance they won't be there. Had work done in May, agreed on payment plan with 5 payments ending in August. Check my account today and there's a pending charge >:( !! Will be disputing this charge with my bank as I was informed earlier this month I would no longer see charges from them. DO NOT GO HERE
