Dr Surber and entire staff was very courteous they all explained everything in detail gave me exact details about to expect from beginning to end of entire process.Talked about what I needed and how it would help. The office was very clean and relaxing.

I mistakenly called iSmile Orthodontics today instead of my daughter's orthodontics office and while I was realizing my mistake and apologizing, the woman on the phone hung up on me. Hopefully she is more polite to patients.
