I had Blue Cross/Blue Shield (BC/BS) insurance for 24 years. Moved to FL in 2017 and looked for a dentist on BC/BS In-Network/PPO list, which Dr. Helmy was on. At first appointment Marianne Helmy (doctor’s wife) said office policy was they needed payment up-front. I never paid PPO doctors up-front before.
