Every time I have a problem, it gets fixed with no problem
I am a long time customer and fan of iSmile. If they didn't provide a great experience every time I visited them I wouldn't be. Dr. Alpert's staff is talented, efficient, friendly, caring, and always on time. I had an appointment for a cleaning a few days ago and while I was there I mentioned that Dr. Alpert had commented on a potential issue that I hadn't addressed yet. Dr. Lemmy told me that she could take care of the issue now so I wouldn't have to make another appointment. She did a great job and saved me a trip!!!
I went to iSmile Dental for a routine dental cleaning and exam, and it turned into a horrible experience. They took three X-rays, and no one clearly explained why that many were necessary. After that, they insisted I needed a deep cleaning, even though I clearly stated multiple times that I did not want deep cleaning and was only there for a regular cleaning. Great visit. The staff did very good.
This has been the best experience by far for everyone in the family, including children and senior citizens of the household. We have been with Dr Alpert for over 15 years. She is knowledgeable, professional, caring, goes beyond and above, is always learning and perfecting her skill and knowledge. Her team has been highly skilled, providing great support and care. The atmosphere is very pleasant. The office is clean.
