Inferior work and products. I have paid twice in a month for repairs. Your replacement screen was didn't work well, and cracked within a couple of weeks with out ever dropping it. And that replacement that we paid for again, the next day developed a big green blob on the screen, and we were told that wasn't covered.
They do an excellent job and are reasonably priced AND they will tell you when repair is more costly than replacement. Highly recommend them.

I shattered my iPhone 6 and was devastated at the thought of losing everything I had on there. My husband said let’s take it to Eddie see what he can do and low and behold I have a perfectly working iPhone again. Took him about 20 min maybe if that . Very reasonable pricing will be back !
This place is fantastic. My wife's cell phone had a piece of the charging cord break off and Lodge in the phone charge port. Late Friday we brought it to iSmashed, showed it to Eddie, and within minutes he had it out!! Fantastic guy, amazing service. I would absolutely recommend this place 100%.

Great place, nice atmosphere friendly staff
At first, it was really great service. I replaced my screen and bought a screen protector. However, after 2 weeks my screen is already cracked underneath my screen protector. I called to see if there was anything they could do and they offered no help. Very disappointed after spending a good amount of money with them. Very poor customer service.
