Did a terrible job and caused a lot of damage. Very unhappy. Would NOT use them again and would NOT recommend them.
Isaac apologized to me and my contractor, admitting he majorly messed up and vowed to take responsibility by fixing all the damage he caused. I accepted his apology, told him everyone makes mistakes, yet he continues to be unresponsive for about 4 months now, leaving us with all the damage.

Isaac did a wonderful job polishing our travertine floors before we moved into our new house, he transformed the floors and a year later they still look great, would highly recommend
