Specifically Dr. Ismail has taken me in as a patient to help treat my “mysterious anxious mind that evolved over a long period of (life long years of pre-med ; in school working full time, and losing a parent).” I couldn’t understand what was wrong with me because I couldn’t seem to feel comfortable with other doctors not explaining the “why’s” the “entire realm of the brain.” I always wanted that in a doctor. Office help leaves a lot to be desired. Still charged even though I met deductible & was covered at 100%. It took over 6 six months to get money back & at least 10 phone calls. They are only available a few hours a week.
