I have been wanting to take a different approach to women's health. Specifically thyroid and hormones. I met Dr Merrill, I LEARNED so much from her in my 1st visit. I have already scheduled my 2nd appointment. The moment you walk into the clinic there is this calm peacefulness warm and inviting. The front desk staff is ready and waiting for you very friendly and helpful. Thank you IMS for a beautiful clinic with amazing doctors and staff
I have had a fear of doctors since I was small but the staff here at ISM really helped me overcome that fear, especially Dr Merrill. She has a down-to-earth personality, so smart and yet humble, and is kind and considerate. She provides a safe space to work through health issues; I feel safe to bring up anything. I've been going here for almost a year now and it is the best experience I have ever had in a doctor's office. Dr. Frances Lee, Dr. Isabella Merrill, and the receptionist Marty Peterson are always exceptionally kind, accomodating, professional, and just overall amazing! ISM Health has a wonderful group of doctors and front desk staff! Everyone is so kind and attentive. Dr. Hooper has been instrumental in the treatment of my TMJ. He answers all my questions thoroughly and patiently, exploring conventional and alternative therapies. I highly recommend him!
