Dr. Isabella Merrill has been patient, kind, & informative while caring for me. I was tired of 20 years of doctors dismissing me in 15 minutes, telling me that I was experiencing stress and/or aging & to work on diet & exercise. She spent an hour with me and really listened. When lab results came in, she walked me through each one. I've never had a doctor take the time to do that before. After labs & a few visits, she gave me a diagnosis & treatment that has really helped me a lot. Highly recommend!

I have been wanting to take a different approach to women's health. Specifically thyroid and hormones. I met Dr Merrill, I LEARNED so much from her in my 1st visit. I have already scheduled my 2nd appointment. The moment you walk into the clinic there is this calm peacefulness warm and inviting. I have had a fear of doctors since I was small but the staff here at ISM really helped me overcome that fear, especially Dr Merrill. She has a down-to-earth personality, so smart and yet humble, and is kind and considerate. She provides a safe space to work through health issues; I feel safe to bring up anything. I also felt heard and seen by her and be enabled to take charge of my health by having discussions instead of simply being told what to do.
