Where to start in leaving feedback for the Islington, Hobart! We stayed there on 17/02 - 19/02 in the Garden Suite and then again on 28/02 - 03/03 in their Signature suite The building itself is predominantly an original Hobart mansion, that has now been converted into accommodation. It has all been done with such attention to detail and the spaces are connected so that you flow through effortlessly. We had a wonderful stay at the Islington Hotel. The daily breakfasts were delightful and used many ingredients from the beautiful garden on the grounds. One of our favourite memories from the trip was an incredible picnic prepared by the hotel. It was a warm day and we ended up relaxing with the picnic in the garden under a mulberry tree. The staff are very attentive and friendly. We stayed here twice in one trip as we were stuck unable to get back to Brisbane due to cyclone Alfred.
