Islington Hotel is an absolutely gorgeous place to stay. Extremely comfortable, romantic, exquisite mountain views, beautifully manicured gardens which create a magical & peaceful feel. The chef is fantastic, cooking best in class breakfasts & more. Karen-Anne is an absolutely fantastic hoste, never missing a beat sharing a very genuine & warm welcome into Islington for our entire stay (Wed-Mon).
