If I could rate 2.5, I would. I’ve been going here for years and have faithfully serviced two Jeep Grand Cherokees, generally receiving very good service from staff. I’ve spent thousands here. The recent visits however, have made me question the overall value proposition. Today, the $255 bill for a simple oil change that took over an hour was the last straw for me. Not sure I’ll be back. W
We had an amazing experience here buying our new car! We worked with Moh, who was great. He showed us every car we were interested in and suggested similar models that we hadn’t thought of. Very friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to help us find the perfect car. I highly recommend Islington Chrysler and Moh especially!
I contacted the Service Department regarding a recall on my vehicle and had a very disappointing experience with a representative named Rosie. She informed me that the recall repair was too difficult for their technicians and, incorrectly, that I could only have the repair done at the dealership where I originally purchased my car. Both of these claims are false — any authorized dealership is legally required to perform recall repairs at no cost to the customer.
