What should I do about this... I'm paying $200/month for a 10 x 20 unit that the bank was charged for 2 units. I could only afford to pay for 1 unit, which I paid less then $100 when the unit was switched into my name. Beginning in October 2025 until now, I paid an extra $100/month totaling $200/month but when I searched the prices of their 10 x 20 units on the their website, the units cost $89 - $100, which I'm enclosing a screen shot of their prices. My 4 year experience with isleta storage was great! No complaints from me always maintained the lot clean and secured!
I had Isleta self storage as my storage unit for the last 2 years and they were absolutely amazing! They are also the most reasonably priced storage I could find close to home. I really appreciate everything they helped me with and if I ever need another unit I 100% will come to them! I highly recommend them!
