Can't begin to describe how frustrating of an experience I've had with them just to schedule an appointment! I had called 5 times, my ENT emailed multiple times as well. After two weeks, I've given up and they decide to send a long an invoice for the appointment I've never had? Terrible referral from my ENT. Avoid if you can.
It’s a scam, don’t even bother. First of all, I didn’t even know they took insurance. I had to pay just to get another prescription. Second, the doctor put the wrong device on the prescription. Third, I called to see if they would change it and they said no it can’t be modified. Waste of money.
