Hello everyone, I am an iSleep user. Ive been a user for almost a year now. But seriously, I was in a bad accident and broke my back in 7 places. I could sleep just OK on hospital beds so when I got home I borrowed one until I was able to get around better. Then I bought the iSleep mattress with the adjustable platform and it's the best money I ever spent. Ian was easy to work with and even after product delivery, helped us make adjustments fitting with our comfort even though final payment had already been made. Yes, you heard me right. Customer Service after payment and delivery. Keep up the good work, Sir!! We are enjoying how the bed can suit individual tastes simultaneously to each of us. Thank-You!!

I DO NOT RECOMMEND USING THIS COMPANY!!!! I paid to have this item shipped to me. It states you must wear for a minimum of 6 hours. I wore it for 6 1/2 hours. After waiting 2 WEEKS, I finally reached out to find out when I would receive my results. That is when a rep called me and stated that there was not enough time tracked and I would need to retest, and it would cost me another $90!! Great dealing with the guys at iSleep. They really know their stuff and offer the highest quality product I've seen. Beyond happy with the mattress we purchased and it was all made easier with the full service delivery and set up. Would highly recommend. Didn't realize how bad the mattress we had been sleeping on was until this upgrade, which is infinitely better. Thanks iSleep!

We needed to get a new mattress for our RV - you know how uncomfortable those RV mattresses are!! We decided to go with one of these and could not be happier with the quality of the mattress and the price!! We both have our mattress firmness preferences and this does the job. The customer service was exceptional as well - they go above and beyond to ensure that you are a satisfied customer!! We love it so much that we are going to get one for our house (as soon as the remodel is finished)!! THANK YOU iSleep!!
