I like the dentist. It’s the person who handles appointments I don’t like. I’m assuming it’s the receptionist. They texted my husband to change an appointment. But the text did not seem professional at all. The way it was written was as if a friend was texting. We had no idea who it was. So he called the number. I took my daughter in for a check up and teeth cleaning. I asked if I could be with my daughter during the exam (I had a lot of questions about her dental health and how it may be causing her chronic ear pain). I was told by the dental hygienist that once she completed the X-Rays she would come back into the reception room and bring me back to the exam room.
